A Montgomery County man and woman were arrested by the Moore County Sheriff’s Department on numerous drug related charges overnight.
19 year old Mercedes Desiree Jaimez, from a Hummingbird Lane address in Candor was charged with two counts Sell Deliver Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Possession W/I Manuf/Sell/Del Schedule VI Controlled Substance, two counts Possession Schedule VI Controlled Substance, two counts Maintain Place Sell Controlled Substance, Conspire To Sell Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Sell Or Deliver Counterfeit Controlled Substance, Possession W/I Create/Sell/Del Counterfeit Controlled Substance, and Create Counterfeit Controlled Substance.
Jaimez was transported to the Moore County Detention Center in Carthage where she was held under a $75,000.00 secured bond. Her first scheduled date in court is on July 25, 2017.
21 year old Michael Mitchell Wallace from a Shadyoak Drive in Biscoe was charged with two counts of Sell Deliver Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Possession W/I Manuf/Sell/Del Schedule Vi Controlled Substance, Possession Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Maintain Place Sell Of Controlled Substance, two counts of Conspire To Sell Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Possess Marijuana Paraphernalia, Sell Or Deliver Counterfeit Controlled Substance, Possession W/I Create/Sell/Del Counterfeit Controlled Substance, Create Counterfeit Controlled Substance, and Probation Violation.
Wallace was transported to the Moore County Detention Center in Carthage where he was held under a $260,000.00 secured bond. His first scheduled date in court is on July 25, 2017.
