Sheriff Neil Godfrey announced today that the Moore County Animal Shelter has reached its capacity for housing adoptable animals. They have eight young, healthy, friendly and spayed/neutered dogs available for immediate adoption.
Available dogs are: Latte – Chocolate Pitbull, approx. 2 years old, female-spayed, Luke – Brown Pitbull, 11 month old male, Stat – Chestnut Pitbull Mix, 1 year old male, Donny – Brindle Pitbull Mix, approx. 5 month old male, O’Reilly – White/Tan Pitbull, approx. 7 month old male, Rocky – White/Tan American Bulldog, 1 year old male, Cash – White/Tan Pitbull Mix, 1 year old male and Jacks – White/Brown Pitbull, approx. 2 year old male.
All are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and have been either spayed or neutered.
In an effort to make these dogs even more desirable for adoption, the Sheriff’s Office will waive the adoption fees for these dogs for the remainder of this week.
