Sheriff Neil Godfrey announced the Drug Arrest of two individuals following a Search Warrant in the Robbins area of Moore County.
On March 26, 2018 the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a Search Warrant of 301 Scaleybark Lane, Robbins North Carolina.
As a result of the operation, deputies seized: 24 grams of Marijuana, 62 grams of Methamphetamine, 22 dosage units of Suboxone, 16 dosage units of Morphine, six Dosage Units of Oxycodone, one gram of Heroin, one Firearm, Drug Paraphernalia and $3,001.00 in US currency.
The total street value of the drugs seized is approximately $9,335.00.
Arrested were :
John Eric Martin, 54 years of age of a Scaleybark Lane address in Robbins was charged with: Trafficking in Methamphetamine , Possession with intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled-Substance, Felony Possession of a Schedule II Controlled-Substance, Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled-Substance, Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled-Substance, Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of a Schedule I Controlled-Substance, Maintaining a Vehicle/ Dwelling for the Storage of a Controlled-Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and the Possession of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia.
Bond: $275,000.00 – Secured
Brittany Jordan Smith, 28 years of age from a Scaleybark Lane address in Robbins was charged with: Trafficking in Methamphetamine , Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled-Substance, Felony Possession of a Schedule II Controlled-Substance, Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled-Substance, Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled-Substance, Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of Schedule I Controlled-Substance, Maintaining a Vehicle/ Dwelling for the Storage of a Controlled-Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and the Possession of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia.
Bond: $175,000.00 – Unsecured
Both suspects were placed in the Moore County Detention Center and are scheduled to appear in District Court on April 10, 2018.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
