Moore County Sheriff Neil Godfrey announced the arrest of Gerald Wayne Carlyle II for Larceny and the Breaking and Entering of a residence in the West End area of Moore County.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Gerald Wayne Carlyle II, age 41, of Aberdeen, North Carolina. Carlyle was charged with: one count of Breaking and Entering, one count of Felony Larceny After Breaking and Entering, Larceny of a Firearm, Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon, the Concealment of Stolen Goods, Misdemeanor Larceny and Second Degree Trespassing.
Carlyle was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $95,000 secured bond and given a March 13th, 2018 District Court date.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
