Law enforcement officers conducted traffic checkpoint operations in Pinehurst Saturday night resulting in more than 30 charges and one arrest.
Charges included: possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, felony manufacturing schedule 6, felony possession of schedule 6, drug paraphernalia charge, open container charge, two driving while license revoked, eight no operators license charges, two child safety seat, two carrying a concealed weapon, and thirteen miscellaneous traffic violations.
One arrest was made and 106 grams of marijuana was confiscated during the operation.
Participating agencies included Pinehurst Police Department, Taylortown Police Department, Carthage Police Department, and the Moore County Sheriff’s Department.
