Sheriff Neil Godfrey announced the arrest of Tonya Collard and Michael Randolph for the breaking and entering of a residence in the Eagle Springs area of Moore County.
On October 17, 2017 deputies arrested Tonya Miller Collard, age 55 of 241 Hare Road, Seagrove, North Carolina. Collard was charged with: one count of felony breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny and one count of felony possession of stolen goods.
Collard was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $3,000.00 secured bond and given a November 14, 2017 District Court date.
On October 25, 2017 deputies arrested Michael Todd Randolph, age 55 of 197 Williamson Lane, Seagrove, North Carolina. Randolph was charged with: one count of felony breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny and one count of felony possession of stolen goods.
Randolph was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $25,000.00 secured bond and also given a November 14, 2017 District Court date.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
